Beach Trip.
I went regardless of my mild cold. Things turned out pretty nice, the young scouts weren’t too annoying. Everybody besides me and adult leadership spent 90% of the time in the water.

My sister's friend was arrested this week.
She and her husband went to DC to do a sit-in protest in front of the White House.
She and a few hundred people sat quietly in lines. Upon arrival, they were met by hella cops, city cops, park officers, SWAT teams. They were warned 3 times and then rounded up. Press were not allowed to take pictures.
Is it just me, or are cops getting more and more oppressive of the rights of the people?
